Transition Update
Wow!
What a busy day yesterday was… and it looks like today will busier!
I was up half the night taking care of grandfathered upgrades and other additions to the system. I’m getting too old for that. LOL
It’s now almost noon and I’m still having coffee to wake up. Should have just gone to bed earlier.
Before I jump into the backlog of support, here’s a quick update on our transition.
We are still in pre-launch.
The new system is operational, but this is a brief period where we want existing members to get set up in the new system before an all out wake up call is sent to the entire TE and List Building community.
It’s in your best interest to take things a bit slowly. No rush.
Take your time and set up your system before launching your new campaigns.
Check your referral link.
We found an error in the confirmation email yesterday. Apparently the confirmation email was sending out a referral link even BEFORE the new member had joined. That referral link was in error and has been removed.
If you joined yesterday, please do NOT use the link that was in that confirmation email.
You will find your correct referral link under Advertising & Promo on the main menu.
That link is a direct link to use for your existing partners. When marketing in TEs and List Builders (safelists), you will do better to use your splash and capture page links. Those are found under Your Splash Pages in the main menu.
More Splash Pages are still coming.
I added a few more yesterday under Your Splash Pages. The rest will be added over the next day or two.
Upgraded Membership.
Again, if you were upgraded in the previous TEP membership site you will be upgraded to Pro in the new. Send me a support ticket with the date of your previous upgrade. Sending a copy of your receipt is appreciated.
You have until the end of July 2010 to claim your upgrade if you are being grandfather in. We simply must have a cut-off date as I cannot honor upgrades and grandfather people who show up this time next year stating they had previously upgraded.
We have a Partner membership option. If you were a free member in the previous system, you can certainly go ahead and grab the top upgrade. If you were a Pro member, we’ll have a special offer soon giving you the option of upgrading to Partner.
To those who have already upgraded to Partner, thank you and congratulations. You made a wise decision for your business.
Logging into the new site.
Several have stated they could not log into the new site. The problem was due to the fact they had not signed up for the new membership.
You MUST create a new account to use the new system.
TEP email series to use with Traffic Wave.
The email series has been updated with the new referral links to your new TEP marketing system.
Read through all the information under Start Here on the main menu. Step 2 walks you through setting up your system and TrafficWave campaign.
You do NOT need to create a new teprofits campaign if you already created one in the previous membership site. You DO need to import the new series using the codes provided in Step 2. Just let the new series over write the old and your email links will be updated automatically.
As always, check your work and your links. Subscribe to your new campaign and read your letters as they arrive.

Many thanks for fixing my signup snafu so quickly. I am curious to find out what will be included in the Partner upgrade.
To anyone still on the fence about TE Command Post, the recent downtime of the VitalViralPro site provides a good example of it’s usefulness. Since all my TE logins were organized and in one place I was able to quickly pause all my VVP Mixed Campaigns when I discovered that the site was down. When VVP came back online the next day I was able to quickly and easily reverse the process and put all my Mixed Campaigns back in action. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already done so.

Hi Steve,
The easiest solution is to log into your Traffic Wave account and send an email to your list. All of your current TEP referrals are probably on that list.
The alternate is to contact each individually.
You might also post your question in the OBC forum where you can get very quick replies.
