Access to the TEProfits service is available exclusively to Online Business Alliance business owners. Hence, you do not "pay" to use the service or become a TEProfits member. No refunds shall be given as there is nothing paid directly to TEProfits for this service.

A TEProfits membership "upgrade" is available within the members area for a low one-time payment. The upgrade includes digital products from 3rd party sources along with additional marketing materials provided by TEProfits. Due to the nature of the products included in the upgrade, no refunds can be given.

You agree to receive regular updates, discount offers and promotions from TEProfits.

TEProfits reserves the right to refuse service for any reason that we feel is appropriate and consistent with the vision of TEProfits.

Advertising your TEProfits website pages in any way that is not in the vision of TEProfits is considered a violation of terms of service and your account may be terminated.

TEProfits websites include teprofits.com and, in partnership with the Online Business Alliance, trafficexchangeprofits.net.

All content included on TEProfits websites, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips and software, is the property of TEProfits or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

TEProfits retains sole discretion regarding the use and display of pages on the website. No part of this website may be reproduced by any means without written permission from the authors.

DO NOT SEND SPAM OR UCE! SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority and legal action WILL be pursued by TEProfits for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you. Damages can be substantial. DO NOT SPAM!

Promoting TEProfits using "paid to sign up" sites is NOT allowed.

TEProfits does not warrant that the website and service will be error free or uninterrupted. The website and service is distributed on "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

TEProfits will not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the website or service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEProfits from any claims resulting from the website or service.

TEProfits reserves the right to immediately suspend service for any violation of these terms without a refund for unused services.

TEProfits reserves the right to deactivate or remove any accounts. No action will be taken without attempting prior notice.
