DO NOT SEND SPAM OR UCE! SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE)
will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE
are handled as top priority and legal action WILL be pursued by
TEProfits.com for any loss or damages incurred
due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you. Damages can be
substantial. DO NOT SPAM!
Promoting TEProfits.com using "paid to sign up" sites is NOT
allowed
TEProfits.com is not responsible for the income claims or
promises by users of TEProfits.com services. You join any
program at your own risk and we strongly advise you to please
research all business opportunities before you invest any
money.
You agree to receive regular updates, discount offers and
promotions from TEProfits.com.
You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of
any subscription(s) to TEProfits.com created by you or your
representatives. We do not create or maintain member
subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to
your online banking account(s) may do so. Please contact us if
you need any advice on maintaining your subscription.
TEProfits.com reserves the right to refuse service for any
reason that we feel is appropriate and consistent with the
vision of TEProfits.com.
TEProfits.com reserves the right to immediately suspend service
for any violation of these terms without a refund for unused
services.
TEProfits.com is not responsible for any damages, loss of data,
or other problems associated with using our services. You agree
to use this service at your own risk.
You may not sell/lease/rent/gift any TEProfits.com services that
you use or purchase in any way. TEProfits.com does not have an
affiliate program nor do we pay any commissions.
Advertising your TEProfits.com website pages in any way that is
not in the vision of TEProfits.com is considered a violation of
terms of service and your account may be terminated.
TEProfits.com retains sole
discretion regarding the use and display of pages on the
website.
TEProfits.com reserves the right to deactivate or remove any
accounts. No action will be taken without attempting prior
notice.
You agree to maintain a functioning email address in your
personal member details. One autoresponse message from your
account is grounds for account deletion and we WILL file a spam
report.
You agree to obtain and maintain
a qualifying TrafficWave account from one or our
TEProfits.com users via the link provided in the Traffic Report.
You agree to purchase "Stop Being
a Victim" from one of our TEProfits.com users before
submitting for TEProfits.com service. You also agree to remain a member
in good standing with the Online Business Alliance with respect
to your reselling privilages.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics,
logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips and
software, is the property of TEProfits.com or its content
suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright
laws. No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted
in any form or by any means without written permission from the
authors.
TEProfits.com does not warrant that the website and service will
be error free or uninterrupted. The website and service is
